Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. At Big House of Fashion, we’re here to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. Please carefully review our return and exchange guidelines before making your request.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items purchased on Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items To maintain the quality and hygiene of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items.
  • Items showing signs of wear (e.g., stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents).
  • Intimates, swimwear, accessories, or custom items.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we will notify you, and the item will be returned at your expense.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@bighouseoffashion.com within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  3. After approval, ship the item back using the instructions provided.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

Store Credit for Returns

  • Refunds are not offered. Eligible returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card to be used on future purchases once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.
  • Refunds are only issued if the mistake was made by Big House of Fashion (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@bighouseoffashion.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item promptly.

Policy Enforcement

By placing an order with Big House of Fashion, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
