Once we receive your payment for your orders it takes up 5-8 business days processing time prior to shipping. Overnight shipping 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email along with your tracking information.
 

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must follow up with the USPS or UPS.  Big House of Fashion is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery.  

 LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

Big House of Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order.  Upon inquiry, Big House of Fashion will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
